Shrine Resource Authority · Ver.1.09

Bronze Mirror & Sword Guide

A lookup-first guide to 銅鏡 / Bronze Mirror and 剣 / Sword: what each item is, where it comes from, how much the current Shrine Skill tree lists, and which attractive-looking claims are still unresolved.

Bronze Mirror

銅鏡

Shrine resource

Shrine resource; keep for skill and recipe costs.

Buy¥2500

Sell¥100

Sword

剣

Shrine resource

Shrine resource for skill costs; keep for later nodes.

Buy¥5000

Sell¥300

Important: Sword is a Shrine resource, not a combat weapon. Do not spend a Sword because its label sounds like equipment, and do not merge generic Mirror / 鏡 with Bronze Mirror / 銅鏡.

Quick answer

Keep both; target the source that matches your stage

Midnight is the shared natural route. The General Store is the most direct paid fallback when the item appears. Kappa supplies a documented fixed Bronze Mirror bundle, while Quarry and Nekomata are different Sword routes with different confidence boundaries.

Do not sell first

The reported sell prices are not a safety signal. Keep one working stockpile and only consider duplicates after your planned Shrine costs are covered.

Shrine demand

Current costs are derived, not typed into this page

The table reads every cost from the shared Shrine Skills authority. Node counts and totals can change when that authority is updated.

Bronze Mirror · 銅鏡

Every documented Bronze Mirror route

A bronze mirror found at night and placed at the Shrine.

Midnight glowing pickups

Random

Bronze Mirror can appear at a glowing pickup point during Midnight exploration. The point, per-night quantity and rate are not established; do not plan around one guaranteed pickup.

Sazanka General Store

Buy ¥2500

The current shared Shop record lists Bronze Mirror in Shrine-resource stock and marks the row daily. The exact refresh cadence remains unresolved because other source layers use weekly wording for the broader Shrine-resource rotation.

Summer Kappa

Second completion ×7

Bring Cucumber ×30 to the Crossroads Fishing Spot at Midnight. The first documented completion gives Jinbei; the second documented completion gives Bronze Mirror ×7. Third-and-later rewards, reset timing and full-quantity rules remain unknown.

Planning tip: Use Kappa's fixed second-completion bundle to make a Stage 4 stockpile, then use Midnight and the shop as opportunity routes. The Kappa record does not prove an infinitely repeatable schedule.

Sword · 剣

Sword routes and the weapon boundary

A chipped bronze sword. The Japanese item text says it does not seem useful as a weapon.

Midnight glowing pickups

Random

Sword can appear at a glowing pickup point during Midnight exploration. No fixed point, quantity or probability is published.

Sazanka General Store

Buy ¥5000

The current shared Shop record lists Sword at ¥5,000 and marks the item row daily. Availability is not guaranteed and the exact refresh cadence is unresolved.

Quarry B120 boss

Second+ clears reported

The first B120 clear is the Hot Spring route. Current player-guide research reports Sword on later clears, but exact quantity, reset behavior and a complete reward table are not verified in repository data.

Winter Nekomata

Possible random reward

Fish is the request category. Sword is in the modeled random pool with unknown quantity and odds. This is a possibility, not a guaranteed seasonal drop.

What Sword is not: the Japanese description says 刃こぼれしていて武器にはなさそう — it is chipped and does not seem useful as a weapon. The resource belongs to the Shrine economy; combat weapons and decorative Japanese Sword records are separate systems.

Stage 4 skill

Mirror and Sword Discovery

This skill belongs to the shared Shrine Skill tree. It does not change shop, Kappa or Quarry rewards unless a source explicitly proves that relationship.

鏡と剣の発見術

Mirror and Sword Discovery

Stable ID: mirror-sword-discovery · Repair Stage 4

Makes Mirror and Sword Shrine resources easier to obtain during midnight exploration.

Listed cost: standard-magatama ×1 · rain-magatama ×1 · twin-magatama ×1 · child-magatama ×3

Exact numeric modifier: Unknown

Ver.1.08: official wording says the appearance probability was corrected; it does not establish a multiplier, “3×” or “doubled” rate.

Identity reconciliation

Mirror / 鏡 is not yet Bronze Mirror / 銅鏡

This distinction prevents a random-pool label from becoming a false inventory mapping.

Nekomata wording

The modeled Winter pool contains a possible Sword and a possible generic Mirror / 鏡. It does not say 銅鏡.

Inventory mapping

Not mapped. The repository keeps mirror separate from bronze-mirror.

Final decision

Separate item identity until direct inventory evidence proves a mapping. No odds or quantity are invented for either random outcome.

Patch boundary

What changed, and what remains live

Use the current release as the baseline for planning.

Current

Current baseline: Ver.1.09. The page treats Ver.1.08's Sickle addition as live, but does not extend its probability wording into a numeric resource-rate claim.

Pickup QoL

No separate numeric pickup modifier or mode-specific resource rule is in the shared data. Keep the normal Midnight route as the safe documented boundary.

Future content

The research log tracks future update dates separately. Do not promise that later platform/content updates alter these two item routes before they are verified.

FAQ

Bronze Mirror & Sword answers

What are Bronze Mirror and Sword used for?

They are Shrine resources used by later Shrine Skill nodes and related unlocks. They are not general money, accessories or combat equipment.

Is Sword a weapon?

No. The Japanese item description says 剣 is chipped and does not seem useful as a weapon. Treat it as a Shrine resource.

Where can I get Bronze Mirror?

Bronze Mirror can appear as a random Midnight glowing pickup, in the General Store at the repository-listed price, and as the documented second Summer Kappa reward of ×7.

Where can I get Sword?

Sword can appear as a random Midnight glowing pickup, in the General Store at the repository-listed price, as a reported second-and-later Quarry boss reward, and in Winter Nekomata's random pool. Exact quantities and odds are not established for the random routes.

How many do I need?

The page derives the current total from the shared Shrine Skills data. It excludes future skills, unlisted recipes and any mode-specific differences.

Does Mirror mean Bronze Mirror?

Not automatically. Winter Nekomata's possible 鏡 reward remains a separate Mirror record until direct inventory evidence proves that it is 銅鏡 / Bronze Mirror.

What does Mirror and Sword Discovery do?

The Stage 4 skill 鏡と剣の発見術 makes Mirror and Sword Shrine resources easier to obtain during Midnight exploration. The exact numeric modifier is not published in the shared data.

Can I sell these items?

Both have reported base sell prices, but the safe planning decision is to keep them. A sale price does not prove that later Shrine costs or repeat routes are convenient.
